Finding the optimal method to manage your to-do list is key to for effective project management. Planzone provides a powerful but easy-to-use task management feature. With a single click, you can add a to-do and assign it to one or more team members. Other team members can be granted to-do assignment permissions to foster a more collaborative team work environment.
The to-do list can be sorted very simply with your mouse using a drag’n drop action. Each of your project to-dos has a title, a deadline, and one or more team members assigned to complete it. When one of your team members completes a to-do assigned to him, he just needs to check the box next to it to move it to the “completed to-dos” list.
