Access rights management and confidentiality

Planzone allows you to easily manage team member access rights to different project areas and information.  You can quickly set up ”common” space or data alongside that which must remain confidential or be shared only with part of your project team!
Working collaboratively on a project should not mean that all the information must be accessible or editable by the entire project team. Planzone provides flexible rights  management for specific data access, providing you with smart and secure online collaboration!
A project manager can define specific view, update, and creation rights to each Planzone team member. These different permission levels are essential when you wish to use Planzone as a general collaboration space  for all of your service providers, customers, colleagues, and partners.
With Planzone’s project document management tools you can share documents with the entire team or create folders that are accessible exclusively to specified team members. This feature helps you share project documents in a common project space with all the confidentiality you need.
