  • Stay in touch with activity related to your project’s progress without connecting directly to Planzone
  • Receive emails or RSS feeds for specifically selected events
  • Start using Planzone as a management tool to automatically send project reminders to your team members
  • Attach notes and comments to documents, to-dos, or activities that define your  project phases. Text written in these notes is automatically sent via email to the appropriate team members.

Collaborating in an online workspace can be highly efficient but being automatically informed in real time of modifications done by your project team in a Planzone is even better!
Planzone alerts are generated automatically according to specific actions including document editing, wiki updates, to-do completion, new comments or Planzone invitation acceptance
You can select the events for which you wish to receive email notifications. In addition, you may also choose to receive activity reports on a regular basis: (daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly) to get a global overview on events that have occurred in your Planzone.
