Enterprise Packs

Security Pack

The Security pack enables you to stick to internal security policy when integrating Planzone.
This pack provides you:

• Password plus: ability to set a minimum length for passwords, prevent the browser from saving passwords, define a complexity level (e.g. at least 4 numbers and 4 letters), and add a password change frequency.
  
• I.P. locking: define a list of IP addresses allowed to access your Planzone
  
• Automatic log off: define a period of inactivity before users will automatically be logged-off from your Planzone.
• Login tracking: all the actions and events occurring in your workspace are tracked: accesses, modifications, deletions…

Confidentiality Pack

With the Confidentiality pack, you and your team can accurately manage access rights to your Planzone:

• More advanced management of access rights, enabling you to define access rights according to hierarchical level of team members, and to create custom/intermediate permissions.
• Customizable access rights for activities and sub-activities. You can therefore edit to-dos, activities or project milestones to make them viewable only by specified team members.

Customization/Branding Pack

The public image is an important factor in assuring a big company’s credibility towards its partners, contractors and customers. This is why we let you:

• Create a custom Planzone interface following your corporate logo and visual branding standards.
• Integrate your company logo into emails sent by your Planzone.
• Remove Planzone logos displayed in the Planzone interface.

Planzone API: an easier integration of Planzone into your information systems

An API allows other applications to import/export data from/to Planzone. You can then integrate Planzone safely to your information systems, and create automatic information flow processes.
