How does the 30-day free trial work?

The 30-day trial is absolutely free, with no obligation whatsoever.  Leave your credit card in your pocket and try all the features of even our most expensive paying plans.  The only limitations are that you can only have up to 2 open projects, 3 user accounts, and 1GB of storage.  If you decide you would like to continue using Planzone after 30 days, you are of course welcome to upgrade to a paying plan.

Any long-term commitment when I sign up?
We do not include any long-term contract in our terms of service. However, 1-year subscriptions are fully paid when you subscribe. You are of course free to ask for an account deletion at any time.

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can change your subscription plan anytime in the "Administration" or "My Account" areas of your Planzone. The first payment of your new plan is then calculated on a pro-rata basis.

What types of payment are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.  You can also arrange with us to pay annually by bank transfer or check. You can easily print your monthly invoices, available in your Planzone.

Are there per-user fees?
There are no fees of any kind beyond the subscription fees listed above (other than VAT if you are in the EU).
